In 2001 Spaceoasis teamed up with Marks Barfield Architects, the creators of The London Eye, to design a pioneering range of modular furniture. Today, they are the only manufacturer delivering unique Curvpress® technology, which guarantees Spaceoasis panels for life.

Spaceoasis panels are constructed from unique pressed plywood frame with a paper honeycomb core, the faces of the panels as standard are finished in impact resistant high pressure laminate. When used in conjunction with the Spaceoasis fixed (or mobile) seating the interior of a pod has a very natural acoustic. The sound attenuation of a pod allows a conversation to take place in the middle of a busy office in a relative oasis from the ambient noise.

The Sage range is one of Spaceoasis’ most popular layouts. The “S” shape is highly space efficient creating two extremely private screened and symetrical concave seating enclosures alongside each other. The opposing convex faces are used for informal touchdown. This layout enables private and group working to be conducted simultaneously.
