The workplace and the way we work are constantly evolving. We are continually required to create new spaces within existing environments with an increasing demand on flexibility. To meet this demand Nautilus was conceived. Originally taken from a client brief which required a floor standing, sound absorbing, fabric covered furniture solution.

The flexibility within the Nautilus Solo Large Curved Study Booth allows inviting areas to be created which can be designed to work in conjunction with existing office furniture, resulting in employees having access to their optimal environment for working.

• 55mm thick panels
• Panels are filled with sound absorbing foam, designed to absorb unwanted noise 
• Panels are acoustically tested to BSEN ISO 717 and have a rating of 30dB.
• Desktop positioned at 720mm High as standard and are 25mm white MFC
• Office Booth panels are upholstered in Camira Blazer Lite fabric as standard (contact us for other fabric options)
• Manufactured in the UK. Materials bought locally and sourced responsibly.

Nautilus panels are 55mm thick and tested with a 30dB noise reduction rating, ensuring that privacy is maintained where specified. Nautilus panel height options follow recommendations set out in BSEN1023 part 1 and Nautilus is tested and certified to BSEN1023 parts 2 and 3.

Nautilus is quick and easy to install, virtually tool-free with most models being suitable for a one person build in less than 1 hour. This flexibility gives the user fast relocation within a product that does not require building regulations to be sanctioned.

Penelope is a family of products that take private phone / video conference calls away from a noisy office. Power and data can be added to charge phones and laptops. There are various standard and optional extras with the phone booth or work booth products.

There isn’t an industry standard for measuring ‘acoustic ratings’, but if you are a numbers type of person, our manufacturers have tested their Penelope Booths in house and have the following ratings:

Sound source inside Penelope / User Outside - 70db with door open and 38db with door closed
Sound source outside Penelope / User inside - 67db with door open and 42db with door closed

The system is remarkably flexible and you can specify the standard models you see on our website or design your own Office Booth to fit into your space, to suit your needs.

Whether you want a breakout space for staff, a calming place for concentration or simply an area to communicate, Zen has a solution. This can be achieved by adjusting the height, width, depth, footprint, configuration, tiers, seating, work surfaces and audio visual/power/charge requirements.
