The HushFree.Access.M Meeting Pod is a thoughtfully designed acoustic office pod that prioritises inclusivity, making it fully accessible for individuals with mobility challenges, including wheelchair users. This pod comfortably accommodates up to four people, serving as an ideal space for private meetings, focused work, or hybrid collaboration sessions.

Key accessibility features include a zero-threshold floor, facilitating effortless entry and exit, and a wider door equipped with an ergonomic pull handle that requires minimal grip strength and no wrist rotation. The door's handing can be specified as left or right during installation to suit spatial layouts and user preferences.

Internally, the pod boasts Class B acoustic insulation, reducing speech levels by approximately 26.4 dB, ensuring conversations remain private and external noise is minimised . The integrated LED lighting system delivers 500 lux at the tabletop level, with adjustable colour temperatures ranging from 2200K to 6500K, catering to various tasks and user sensitivities . An optional HushAssistant touch panel, positioned at an accessible height, allows users to intuitively control lighting and ventilation settings, enhancing comfort and usability. 

The pod's interior is customisable, offering options such as two two-seater sofas, a table, and a TV mounting kit, allowing organisations to tailor the space to their specific needs. Additionally, the HushFree.Access.M is recognised as a Certified Autism Resource (CAR) by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), supporting neurodiverse individuals by providing a controlled and comfortable environment.
