RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Contact us within 7 days of receipt (starting the day of delivery) - All we ask is that the product is returned to us in mint condition with orginal packaging at your own cost, transport may be arranged and charged by SBSi Ltd depending upon manufacturer.
Returned made to order & bespoke products will be subject to a collection and / or re-stocking fee, this will be charged in accordance with the relevant manufacturers returns policy.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement / part will be sent right away.
Please e-mail for a Returns address. No goods accepted without this authorisation.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse any of the Showroom pages, where you will see the price including and excluding VAT, the specification and an image of the product and then add the product of your choice to the Shopping Trolley, remembering to select the correct sizes and colours.
Select the quantity you require then move to our "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be transferred to a SECURE area before entering your card details.
*NB: Unlike many stores we do not hold any of our customers' bank details on our site to ensure that your security is maintained.
Payment & Pricing
Online Desks Ltd accepts the following credit and debit cards online vai our secure payment partner Strip: VISA / Mastercard / Maestro / AMEX
Payment is deducted from your account at the time of order as the majority of our products are either in stock for immediate despatch or are manufactured to order.
Online Desks Ltd accepts payment by Bank Transfer if preferred. Just select Bank Transfer at the checkout and you will then be able to print out your order. On receipt of your order we will email our bank details to you for payment. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
30 Day Account
SBSi Ltd offer a 30 day account immediately on receipt of an official purchase order from any UK public sector organisation or UK registered charity. Public Sector includes National and Local Government, NHS, Schools, Colleges and Universities. Limited companies can be considered for a 30 day account after payment has been made on an initial order.
All prices quoted on the Office-Screens website are quoted in UK sterling, and are shown both inclusive and exclusive of UK tax (VAT). UK VAT is payable by all companies and individuals if goods are delivered within the European Union unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. VAT registered organisations outside the UK, but within the EU do not pay UK VAT if they provide evidence of their VAT registration.
Deliveries elsewhere in the world are exempt from UK VAT.
*NB - Please note that we do not take credit / debit card orders over the phone or by email as we do not wish to see our customers payment details again making sure that we ensure that your security is maintained.
VIEWING ORDERS & UPDATING INFORMATION
If you purchased from the Office-Screens.co.uk website and signed in as an account customer (not a guest) then you will receive an email detailing your username and password. You can then use these to log into your account and view the order details. From here you can also amend any account details that are incorrect.
